POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for all sales activities in the organization as well as working within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values. RESPONSIBILITES • Generate proposals for Mud Pump Expendables. • Provide marketing support by quotation follow up, and prospecting new business. • Manage marketing-related projects. • Insure Proper Product is stocked to support Rigs • Support local SWOP/Agent Locations • Track Inventory Levels with Agents and Supply Stores. • Provide customer service follow up and exemplary service to all customers • Install equipment to company standards • Ensure that equipment and all its components function to the satisfaction of the customer • Ensure customers understand the operation of the system and all its relevant features • Perform sales calls on potential customers as well as sell additional products and services to current customers • Provide sales leads and information for sales staff • Provide feedback for the improvement of equipment, documentation, procedure and policy • Other Responsibilities may be added. CANDIDATE CHARACTERISTICS EXPERIENCE • Minimum 5 years experience in Sales. • General knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Excel, and Word. • Technical knowledge of rigs and components. EDUCATION AND TRAINING • High school Diploma. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES • Ability to work effectively with people. • Ability to present information in one-to-one and small group situations to Customer and other employees. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to meet multiple deadlines. • Good interpersonal skills, able to deal effectively with a wide range of situations and personalities. • Good communication skills. • Ability to learn quickly. • Mature, dependable, confident, organized and adaptable to change. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Ability to climb tall flights of stairs. • Ability to carry 75 lbs of Product.
